This damascus sujihiki features a 10" blade designed to glide through long, single-stroke slices. The ergonomically sculpted handle of stabilized curly mango is comfortable and smooth, providing clear, concise directionality and a striking profile. Also featured on the handle is a subtly museum-fit 480 layer damascus bolster, visually translating blade to handle to give it a strong, rustic, wood-and-steel two-tone look.
